Library

The “Library” section in the sidebar provides access to two special groupings: Favorites and Quick Save. These are not folders on disk but rather dynamic lists based on how you tag images.

Favorites

Mark images as Favorites for easier access.

Viewing Favorites

Click Favorites under the Library section in the sidebar. The Image Grid will show all images you’ve marked as a favorite.

Adding an Image to Favorites

You have several ways to mark an image as a Favorite:

  • Quick Action: Hover over the image thumbnail in the grid. Click the Star icon in the top-right corner. It will appear filled when favorited.
  • Context Menu: Right-click the image in the grid and select Favorite.
  • Library Menu: Select one or more images in the grid, then go to the Library menu in the top menu bar and choose Favorite.

Removing an Image from Favorites

Similarly, you can unfavorite an image using any of these methods:

  • Quick Action: Hover over a favorited image thumbnail. Click the filled Star icon. It will revert to an outline.
  • Context Menu: Right-click a favorited image and select Unfavorite.
  • Library Menu: Select one or more favorited images, go to the Library menu, and choose Unfavorite.

Quick Save

Quick Save acts as a temporary holding place or inbox. Use it for images you want to set aside to sort, review, or use later without immediately assigning them to a specific folder or collection.

Viewing Quick Saved Images

Click Quick Save under the Library section in the sidebar. The Image Grid displays all images currently in your Quick Save list.

Adding an Image to Quick Save

  • Quick Action: Hover over the image thumbnail. Click the Download Box icon in the top-left corner. It will appear filled or checked when added to Quick Save.
  • Context Menu: Right-click the image and select Quick Save.
  • Library Menu: Select image(s), go to the Library menu, and choose Quick Save.

Removing an Image from Quick Save

  • Quick Action: Hover over a quick-saved image thumbnail. Click the filled/checked Download Box icon. It will revert to its standard appearance.
  • Context Menu: Right-click a quick-saved image and select Remove Quick Save.
  • Library Menu: Select quick-saved image(s), go to the Library menu, and choose Remove from Quick Save.
